Thermatight FLX is a noninvasive, nonablative device that uses monopolar radiofrequency energy to bulk heat the deeper, collagen-rich layers of the skin, while protecting the epidermis. Wound healing mechanisms after dermal heating causes collagen to contract, promote the remodeling of new collagen, which ultimately enhances the disappearance of skin laxity.
